I use basicly the same thing... She dosen't like the itsy-bitsy seeds though... They probably get stuck in her teeth...lol... ;D

I use Econtrition that is made by Kat-tee. It has no dried fruit or veggies, but has all different types of stuff that is full of vitamins. It is my hamsters favorite. If he wants dried fruit....I put some treat called "Healthy Toppings" on top!

I use Nutriphase for all three of my hamsters. For the swarves I have to pick out the corn and peas though.
